Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Pre-Order Policy:

Pre-order deposits are non-refundable and secure your item for a future shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must provide clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either an replacement or refund credit at our discretion.

Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences

• Wear and tear caused by improper care

• Damage caused after delivery

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
